This project involved the construction of a specialized parking facility for imported cars, designed to serve one of Jeddah’s major automotive logistics hubs. The building was tailored to accommodate high vehicle volumes, with durable finishes and structural efficiency to support continuous operations and quick vehicle turnover. Due to its industrial nature and location near a high-traffic import zone, the project required strict coordination with port logistics and customs operations. The structure was built to meet safety, access, and long-term usage requirements, with clear circulation routes and secure storage areas.
