This project involved the execution of the Rehab Al Mesk Hotel, located in the central area of Al Madinah, just steps away from the Prophet’s Mosque. The hotel was designed to accommodate high volumes of guests year-round, especially during peak religious seasons, requiring precise scheduling and efficient site management. One of the primary challenges was working in a densely populated, highly regulated area where space and access were limited. Through careful coordination with local authorities and strict adherence to municipal guidelines, we ensured smooth progress, minimal disruption, and on-time delivery.
