This project involved the comprehensive renovation of the Al Khadra Commercial Center in Jeddah, along with the execution of a new second floor to increase usable space and improve the building’s commercial value. The scope included structural reinforcement, architectural upgrades, MEP modifications, and modern interior and exterior finishes.
Working on an existing structure required careful structural assessment and phased execution to ensure stability and safety during construction.
